I love to mooch around The Body Shop for skincare and bodycare. I always manage to find really good and effective products but I never venture into the make up range. So recently I thought it was high time to do something about it.
I went in specifically for the Lightening drops but also with a mild intention to find something more Spring appropriate.
I've had my Healthy Mix foundation from Bourjois for a while now, I repurchased it in the lightest shade which somehow ended up a bit too dark and too yellow toned for my already yellow complexion. As much as everyone likes to speak against pink tones in base products I personally prefer them and needed something to counter that yellow colouring. Those Shade Adjusting Drops do just that allowing you to tailor the shade and make it just right for your liking. Definitely keeping those!
Lip liner in Clover Pink is a my lips but better shade but on the warmer and richer side. It has a creamy yet long lasting texture soft enough to wear it on its own or with conjunction with an another product. I like to pair it with The Only One lipstick from Rimmel in Naughty Nude for an extra plumpness. It's been a nice change from my usual reds, the other shades are taking a back seat as well. I need more neutrals on my lips these days.
Have you tried any of those?
